Eh, you did the right thing in returning the book and asking for a refund! It was clearly not in the "very good" condition the seller made it to look, and when you found the same book in brand new condition at a book store - go for it! :)

Glad to see how easy Bath and Body Works are dealing with returns and all. That is definitely amazing customer service and how it should be done!
