Good news:
NO MORE STAPLES!
Also they took x-rays and the Surgeon looked at them and said I look great, and am healing wonderful. I got the okay to put both feet on the ground with full weight. It was hell using my walker to get out of the car and into the office today with only 50% on the left foot! Also I am approved to start going to PT again "taking it easy" I laughed and he looked at me I was like sorry I don't do PT easy. But the pain I have I just might! Hrmm what else? 2-3 more weeks healing til tub and pool. Walker for three more weeks. And come back to see the Surgeon in 6 weeks! I will be a completely different person then.
So that is the good.
The terrible:
My Buddycat is ready to check out. He's been really slow moving. Barely eating. Not taking care of his private area like cats do. And we can just sense his time left with us is limited so we are giving him all the love and cuddles and welp this stay at home order is perfect for that. Laying there loving my cat is perfect for me.
Also today Camp NaNo began and I have a lot planned out but I don't feel like actual writing. My novel is about baseball seeing as I don't have the other to occupy me.
Reese's book club picked Glennon Doyle and I was all yey! But Barnes and Noble wants an appendix I don't have to pay for it. Amazon was much cheaper but I won't be getting it until the tail end of the month, but that's okay, I have to get rolling on this Grisham pre-read I have! It will be out before I finish reading, and review it.
Basically like everyone else is the world- have the time. Don't want to do a damn thing with any of it but sleep.
Oh also! I showered today WOOT.
