Oh hey, I cannot do an escalation of 7 on the treadmill. I mean I did it for a good 30 seconds and then I was winded for 10 minutes or so? That incline is no joke. I had a migraine too so my brain and my lungs were fighting each other for air and that was not a fun time dude. The rest of PT was okay today, besides being fatigued most of it, I slept good last night no idea what my deal was? I ate a banana before I got there?



At first I was all COOL look at the container! then I picked it up, WHAT twenty eight ounces, wait til I get home I know they are bigger than that. Thirty TWO. So they cut four ounces yet the price is the same. That is crap. And I only drink it with the medication for my stomach so it's not like it's for my leisure or anything it's a medical necessity. Thanks Coca Cola. sarcasm-


Saddened Matt Joyce went to the Marlins, I mean the Braves already had a crowded outfield already but he was awesome off the bench. Damnit. Here's to hoping Charlie gets his spot back in Spring Training- still plussed about that one. Dude took a pitch to the face. Puts up good numbers can play basically any position and they don't give him his contract instead they give him some shit minor league option? I will never learn the business of baseball and never want to. I go by loyalty of players and Charlie is one of my favorite guys. He better be back. Not like I can do much if he isn't but still.

I hate when companies reduce the size of a product, yet keep the price the same. Like we aren't going to notice?

I hate it so much when companies cut the sizes of their products and then charge the same or more even. Seriously? They know we're a captive audience, though, unless there is a really good generic product out there.

those CHEATERS! i hate when companies change the size to slightly smaller and charge the same price!! just raise the damn price, dont fuck with the sizes we're all accustomed to, tricking us into thinking we're still getting the same thing.

I'm so glad to never ever go back to my old job, people used to bitch about this all the time, and although I did do price changes and WAS technically in charge of some of the pricing when I was at the Service Desk I was not in charge of pricing ha and was all it's not my job I don't control sizes and prices... while rolling my eyes back into my head

i dont blame the grocery stores or their employees for that. and i'm sorry customers have taken that frustration out on you.

it takes serious and expensive planning, and upper management agreeing to execute such a massive change. besides just reducing the product quantity, that affects the packaging and labeling. in some cases, they dont get to keep using the same size stuff they have on hand. they have to buy and plan for newer smaller sized shit.

like the powerade bottles. completely new bottle! new design! and new fucking size. and new dispensing. everything they had on hand! and yeah that pissed me off too. they CHOSE that course of action to deceive current customers rather than raise the price.
