The Couple Next Door by Shari Lapena

I typically do not read those small blurbs in the front where so and so says in a sentence or less what they thought about the book but for some reason with this one I found myself breezing through them in which pretty much they all said the same thing that this book is un-put-down-able. And I have to agree.

The whole time all I said to myself repeatedly was "Don't let the baby be dead. Don't let whoever it was kill her." Tiny character I don't even know but I was praying for her.

Just when I thought I was figuring things out something else happened and I was like hold on wait a minute WHAT. That means the author had me hook line and sinker, then I wouldn't let go of her writing style I read the blurb about her next book at the end of this one and now I want to read that too amazon prime better get it to me in two days because I NEEDS.

To my relief the baby didn't die, but someone else did, two somebodies and one was a minor character and you were like pft didn't even know him anyways whatevs but THE OTHER ONE, did NOT see hers coming at all. Good job there.

Liked it a lot cannot wait to read more of her stuff. Did not give it a 5 because Marco was hella shady for a lot of it, then all the sudden I liked him and I felt really mad at myself for liking such a shady character.

I finally listened to Camila Cabello's Romance album and I love it! Between her and Selena Gomez I am a pop princess right about now. I will go back to my Rock and punk when my Five Finger Death Punch and Amnity Affliction stuffs come out, but until then... got my girls.

Tomorrow I go to see the hip surgeon. I worked on a list of things to ask today with Allen my Physical Therapist. I was like yeah tomorrow you can put me down for a 0 pain score the lidocaine shot will be in there and I will not feel it at all!

Edit herpderp- my new computer is finally here and I've spent my afternoon setting that up!!

So I changed my writing deadline that I let no one but myself know about to Friday, and might change again because Walmart didn't get the pens here yet that I wanted to ship with the book to the people that are editing for me... anyways my tldr is showing. I love it so far! k Bye.

Hmmmm, I think I have that one sitting on my Kindle waiting to be read, somewhere ... I read "An Unwanted Guest" by the same author, and wanted to check out some more of her stuff. :-)
