First I had to get myself into the Holiday Spirit to read this, then I was off for the races. Could not put it down yet life getting in the gosh darn way as always. So when I was reading it it was huge chunks of pages at a time. Had.to.know.what.happened.
p. 329 "It had taken me a while, but I finally got that Christmas wasn't about doing things perfectly, it was about having the perfect people to do them with."
I have so much more I want to say but I'm exhausted from getting emotional at the one part. I mean it was a good cry, a well deserved cry but GOSH DARNIT ALL. I'll never listen to Mariah Carey the same again.
I love the attack on social media too. I have been realizing it a lot lately too. People pretending their lives are So Perfect on there. But that's a rant for another day.
This book was good. I'm glad my subscription box sent it to me xoxo.
